You can cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of placing it.

You are not eligible for a refund unless you meet the following criteria:

• Your purchase is not delivered at all.
• You have received a defective or incorrect product.
• It hasn’t been a day since you placed your order.

If the product you received is not the one you purchased, you have 7 days to initiate the process of returning it after receiving your order. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please send us an email and submit the case. Please follow the size chart before selecting the product.
